The Binary Fountain application allows patients or customers to quickly provide feedback by filling out preloaded surveys. The application is typically deployed on iPad devices at your organization’s locations, and will dynamically load one or more surveys that are set up for your organization. All survey responses are collected and analyzed within the Binary Health Analytics dashboard.
